The Association is governed by the bylaws and CC&Rs. All matters of governance are guided by these documents. Home owners are encouraged to refer to them. As a convenience, four documents are attached as a PDF file that anyone can download. The CC&Rs are recorded with the Skagit County Auditor.

The Architectural Control Committee has a number of documents that all homeowners should be aware of. These documents must be submitted to the Association before any work can be commenced. The following are two forms that are used for all requests to the ACC:
