Management and The HOA Board
The Association is governed by a Board of Directors elected in accordance with the by-laws and the CC&Rs. Until 90% of the units are sold, the developer appoints the Board of Directors. The current Board of Directors is composed of:

The General Manager of the Association is Richard Kuziomko, a principal of Dreston LLC. The General Manager has been given latitude by the Board in managing the day to day affairs of the Association.
