Welcome Note and Overview
Welcome to the Eaglemont Homeowners Association website. This website is primarily designed to serve the residents of Eaglemont, but it may also be a helpful source of information highlighting the benefits of living in the beautiful Eaglemont Community, The Eaglemont Golf Course, Eaglemont Real Estate, The City of Mount Vernon, WA and scenic Skagit County.
Eaglemont is a vibrant development located in Mount Vernon, Washington that consists of a world class golf course, residences and numerous activities. Located between Seattle and Vancouver, British Columbia, Eaglemont contains homes and condominiums in a spectacular environmental setting.
All homeowners in Eaglemont are members of the Homeowners Association whose goals are to maintain the common areas, ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the development and to manage all activities related for the well being of the residents.
